Chinese Business Visa
Eligibility
- Issued to a person who is invited for a visit, investigation, lecture, to do business, scientific technological and cultural exchanges, short-term advanced studies or intern practices for no longer than a six (6) months time.
Requirements for US Citizens
- US valid/signed passport in good condition (must not expire in less than six months) with at least one blank visa pages (Note: pages 22, 23, 24 are NOT visa pages)
- One visa application form signed, completely filled out informing purpose of the trip
- One recent 2in X 2in passport type photo
- Invitation letter from host company in China
- Processing fees for visa
- For application for a multiple entry, written explanation for purpose of visitation is required
- Either a self addressed stamped envelope to return the visa back to you or $25 for FedEx Overnight return of visa.

Multiple Entries
Multiple Entries have special requirements and must meet one specifically:- A Visa notification issued by the authorized Chinese unit, specifying the validity, number or entries and duration of stay
- Applicant has made a financial investment in China, and must submit a business license (original [will be returned] and a clear photocopy) stating the name of the applicant
- Applicant holds a management position in an American Company, whose company has a subsidiary in China. An application letter from the American company and an invitation letter for subsidiary in China must accompany
- Applicant has visited China at least twice within the past twelve (12) months and has to provide a copy of the visa and an invitation letter from company in China
- Applicant must visit China frequently to execute contracts with Chinese companies. Original and a photocopy of the contract must be submitted (original will be returned)
