Processing time for visas and passports are based on standard business hours (Central time) provided by the Embassies, Consulates and The Department of State under normal circumstances.

The client understands that in order to expedite the request for U.S. PASSPORT (two) 2 signed letters of authorization must be included in the application process

Under the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-579),no information may be released from the U.S. Government files without the prior written consent of the individual in question. Employees of the U. S. passport agency and other government agencies cannot discuss the details of your passport or visa application with the courier without a signed letters of authorization from the applicant. I understand that I must submit 2 signed letters of authorization (include in the application process) in order for Master Visa Service to be able to handle and expedite my passport.

The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted to any agency for issuance of any travel document. Based on the information provided, Embassies, Consulate or Passport Agency may approve or deny the request of the travel document, or may request additional documentation at their sole discretion. We reserve the right of refuse service to any client upon our suspicion or believe that information may be inaccurate incomplete or otherwise deficient or insufficient processing time/dates such refusal of service is at our sole discretion. The client understands that all the fees and charges are non-refundable due the denial of service, delays once we submit your document to the Department of State, Embassies and Consulates.

Cancelation Policy: Cancelation of Service, fees and charges for any product and services are non-refundable once we submit any application any document to the Embassies, Consulate and Passport Agency and the application process has begun.

Master Visa Service cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss or damage during the shipping process services. By FedEx, US Post Office or any other shipping company. These services are not under our control nor are Consulates, Embassies and Passport Offices.
